Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of Amazon Web Services in the Healthcare segment? Do you want to support digital transformation in the Healthcare segment? Amazon Web Services is expanding into the Brazilian Healthcare Segment, and Amazon offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you'll be at the center of Amazon innovation.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help us build the Healthcare customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in large enterprise accounts in this vertical with a terrific reputation for overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, IT architects and Physicians. The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong and creative thinker who thrives in a team environment and embraces all aspects of selling.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory and industry vertical.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
- 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
- 7+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Experience working with customers who are deploying cloud solutions
- Knowledge of key technology and market trends
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- 4+ years of stakeholder or account management experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
