We are hiring students for General Production from May 1st - September 1st, 2026 for a variety of non-Coop/Internship roles and responsibilities within this title.

Job Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Type: Temporary/Contract Full Time/Part Time

Shift(s) Available: Various Days/Afternoons (6:00am/6:30am - 2:30pm/3:00pm or 3:00pm/3:15pm-11:30pm/11:45pm)

Compensation Range: $21.90 - $22.50 / hour

Anticipated Start Dates: May 1st & June 1st, 2026

Principal Accountabilities

* Ensuring food safety and quality
* Maintaining a safe work environment
* Trimming and cutting meat (Training provided)
* Assisting Machine Operator
* Picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing, packing, pushing, pulling and lifting product weighing 20lbs-60lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
* Working with raw meat particularly but not limited to Beef and Pork
* Ability to work in temperature controlled environments (Hot/Cold 0-4 Celsius)
* Performing repetitive labour in a fast-paced environment
* Cleaning and housekeeping
* Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Required Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be currently legal to work in Canada
* Must be comfortable with picking, sorting, labeling, boxing and packing raw meat products
* Must be able to push, pull and lift product weighing 20 - 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
