El/La Imports Specialist Colombia-Panamá, reportando al LATAM Imports Manager, se encargará de garantizar la integralidad y eficiencia de los procesos logísticos, relacionados con la importación, nacionalización y entrega de mercancías a la bodega local de Haleon. Esto incluye la supervisión y coordinación de la gestión en puerto y aduanas, hasta la entrega en las bodegas de destino en Colombia y Panamá, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos, costos (efectividad y eficiencia), estándares de calidad, y de los requisitos y las regulaciones y las normativas aplicables.

Principales responsabilidades:
* Gestionar y supervisar el flujo logístico internacional, asegurando que cada etapa del proceso se ejecute de manera eficiente, segura y conforme a los estándares de calidad, y de los requisitos y de las regularios y normativas aplicables. Esto implica conocer desde la planificación y despacho en el site de origen, el seguimiento a los bookings y seguimiento del tránsito internacional, y gestionar la nacionalización y entrega final en las bodegas de Colombia y Panamá.
* Garantizar la trazabilidad completa y la visibilidad del estatus de las cargas, actuando como punto de conexión entre proveedores, agentes aduaneros, transportistas y equipos internos para asegurar una operación fluida y alineada con los requerimientos y prioridades del negocio.
* Velar por el cumplimiento normativo y documental en ambos países (Colombia y Panama), identificar oportunidades para optimizar costos, tiempos y reducir riesgos operativos, así como impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua que fortalezcan la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio logístico.

¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:
* Formación: Graduado universitario preferiblemente orientado a comercio internacional, logística, negocios internacionales, ingeniería industrial o campos relacionados.
* Experiencia: +4 años de experiencia previa en roles similares con experiencia equivalente en la industria FMCH/salud/consumo masivo/similares en el área de importaciones, logística o comercio internacional.
* Entendimiento de normativas de exportación/importación y/o estándares de Buenas Prácticas de Distribución de Bogotá, Colombia.
* Inglés: Nivel Intermedio (B2/C1/C2).
* Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma híbrida de LUNES A VIERNES (3 veces presenciales) en nuestras oficinas de Bogotá, Colombia.

Será un plus:
* Conocimiento en Power BI.
* Experiencia en certificaciones/auditorías OEA.
