We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Account Management Specialist is a key operational contributor within the Marsh Client Management team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely setup of new client accounts within US and Canada billing systems, processing changes to existing accounts, and managing vendor payable accounts. The Specialist also serves as a subject matter resource for colleagues, providing guidance on proper account configuration and ensuring that all requests are resolved in a clear, efficient, and compliant manner.

We will count on you to:
* Process new client account setup requests across US and Canada billing account systems with accuracy and within defined service timelines.
* Manage change requests for existing accounts, including updates to account structures, configurations, and associated data.
* Oversee vendor payable accounts, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and resolution of related inquiries.
* Serve as an internal subject matter resource, advising colleagues on proper account setup procedures, scope of work, and processing requirements.
* Capture and maintain all account data within the appropriate enterprise applications in accordance with established standards.
* Communicate clearly and promptly with internal requesters to provide status updates, clarify requirements, and resolve processing issues.

What you need to have:
* Mastery of the English language, spoken and written.
* Associate or bachelor degree.
* 2+ years of experience in a client support, account management, or operations role.
* Demonstrated ability to process high-volume transactional work accurately and within defined timelines.

* Familiarity with billing systems, account setup workflows, or vendor management processes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience working in ticketing/queue management tools.
