About Your Business Area/Department:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant is a key member of the Americas Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring in US, Canada and Latin America.
The role involves providing operational and administrative support for all recruitment-related activities within the region, interview scheduling, fostering a positive employer brand with candidates, creating offer letters, administering pre-hire checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate is an organizational guru, a great communicator, a team player, and a problem solver who enjoys the challenges of hiring the best and the brightest.
In this role you'll:
* Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones.
* Prepare offer letters and other documentation for newly hired employees.
* Oversee the administration of background checks and drug screenings for all new hires in the region, ensuring timely clearance and communication of candidates status; promptly escalating potential compliance concerns as necessary.
* Facilitate onboarding process by maintaining effective communications with new employees and ensuring prompt transfer of all onboarding documentation to HRIS and Payroll teams.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates via email, phone, and video conferencing. Monitor and manage all inquiries directed to the TA Group Mailbox.
* Maintain a comprehensive record of all successful Employee Referrals. Monitor eligibility requirements and coordinate payment processing with the Payroll team.
* Track department expenses. Process vendor invoices in Coupa system.
* Operationally support the Regional University Intern program(s), job fairs, and recruitment events; may attend recruiting events or assist in recruiting Interns and early-career talent.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies regarding hiring practices.
* Provide support with projects and other assigned duties as needed.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Prior Recruitment or HR support experience preferred; experience in a global company is a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems; WorkDay preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Hybrid work model. Work location is Bogota.
