Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
Job Qualifications
* Leadership: Understands the business and organizational priorities-both short-term and long-term, to better anticipate issues and seek solutions. Demonstrates strong personal leadership with all stakeholders of the role (SVPs, VPs, and others). Must be comfortable interacting with senior leadership, multiple organizations, direct reports, and the full Global SNO team across all regions.
* Excellent Administrative and Organizational Skills: Make decisions independently amid day-to-day office operations to plan, organize, and maximize team effectiveness. Agility and the ability to handle multiple priorities, interruptions, and effectively prioritize workload are essential. Fluency in all office-related skills is expected, including proactive calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, and expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
* Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including exceptional verbal and written skills. Attention to detail is critical. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills are necessary. Possess the ability and desire to learn new technologies and systems, interfacing with various technology resources to efficiently resolve issues with minimal disruption.
* Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise, transparently and proactively alerting the managers to important issues (i.e., avoiding surprises), while demonstrating thought leadership to provide solutions and necessary actions. Must be able to make decisions independently, with strong organization and follow-through skills, making priority calls in an ever-changing environment.
* Adaptability and Openness to Change: Flexible to flow to the work as needed, willing to learn new systems and approaches to make improvements and model efficiency. Must have the energy to shift gears quickly to meet sudden high-priority requests from Senior Management while managing daily activities. Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask amid frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Partner with others in the organization to enable various cultural initiatives and activities to positively impact overall culture. Experience in demonstrating high sense of urgency, agility under pressure and creativity in problem solving.
* Planning/Project Leadership - Experience in planning events, vision, action plans and follow through and ability to see a 'better way' for multiple annual events or quarterly activities. Experience managing schedules, engaging the team members necessary to deliver their portions, identifying and overcoming barriers, proactively identifying risk and energizing team members to deliver
* Office Administration, Confidentiality, Discretion, Microsoft Office, Purchase Orders. Bonus if have WebCC knowledge, MyLearning role abilities.
