This position will oversee the People Services department and is responsible for supervising and managing the Recruitment team.
Key responsibilities include providing oversight and direction to ensure the timely set up for all the recruiting processes that the Costa Rica Delivery team will be working such as offers, background checks, requisitions, interview scheduling, etc. This position works closely with the North America Talent team in BBU. Additionally, part of the responsibilities are to support the North America salaried and hourly recruiting teams and their business partners with recruiting activities including requisition management, sourcing, screening, tracking, reporting, pre-hire activities, etc
Essential functions
* Monitor, direct and guarantee all daily recruiting functions are performed in a control and safe environment.
* Ensure a culture of innovation and lean six sigma is practiced by all associates.
* Build succession and development plan for the team.
* Work with the North America Talent team to resolve issues in daily processes
* Participate actively in the associates' life cycle within the company.
* Monitor KPIs and team workload to identify productivity opportunities, ensuring process quality and business continuity.
* Consistently communicates KPIs progress and identifies areas to improve upon focused on consistency and efficiency
* Oversee recruiting process and ensure that the recruitment team utilizes creative sourcing strategies and leveraging systems and tools to identify talent for open requisitions
* Support the team with sourcing strategies and ideas to improve their work when looking for the best talent
* Support the audit process to ensure the team is working as expected and leverage any ideas to overcome difficulties when auditing.
* Support monthly audit for recruiters at Salaried to ensure we are complying with diversity slates.
* When needed conducts initial resume screening (New Submissions) and passes along qualified candidates for recruiter review in ATS
* When needed, supports the team with their day-to-day activities such as offers, background checks, interview scheduling, sourcing, etc to ensure business continuity.
* Provide excellent customer service to all employees as well as building relationships with and supporting hiring teams and HR business partners through recruitment and selection processes
* Ensure to report metrics monthly to management to visualize the volumes, SLAs and any other data to support business improvement
* Assist with other projects or tasks assigned
Requirements
* 2+ years of people management experience
* High school education completed
* Approximately 3+ years of experience in a professional environment
* Previous experience in recruiting and talent management
* Experience in recruiting process
* Experience in a shared service environment (multi-location/geography experience preferred) (must have)
* Applicant Tracking System knowledge (ATS)
* Experience with sourcing recruiting (preferred)
* Experience with recruiting end to end process
* Advanced English level
