We are looking for an Java Software Engineer in Zagreb to join our team.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for developing on a large and complex Java based solutions.
You will be working on key components of the solution in multi-cultural environment.
You will be expected to be an active contributor throughout the full software development lifecycle from ideation, analysis, and technical design, through hands-on implementation, testing and deployment, to measuring and iterating on the success of the solutions you deliver.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

* Experience with software development in Java, Spring Boot, Maven etc.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Collaborative and effective in cross-functional teams through clear communication and reliable delivery

* Curious, with the ability and motivation to independently learn new technologies

* Self-driven, with ownership over features from design to deployment

* Attention to code quality, maintainability, and data privacy principles

* Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory
