Role Description
Are you ready to join a dynamic team at Marsh that supports global multinational clients? We are looking for a talented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our Risk Management team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work closely with Client Executives to deliver exceptional service to multinational clients and support the management of complex global insurance programs. This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in multinational insurance while contributing to Marsh's mission of protecting and advancing our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of multinational clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication and service delivery.
* Coordinate and manage global and local insurance programs, including policy issuance, endorsements and renewals.
* Prepare and review client documentation, such as insurance proposals, coverage summaries, reports and compliance materials aligned with local market requirements.
* Collaborate with internal Placement, Specialty and operational teams - locally and internationally - to help navigate multinational program structures and local regulations.
* Monitor client insurance portfolios and provide regular reporting and updates to Client Executives on client activities, risks and service issues, contributing to continuous improvement within the Risk Management team.
What You Need To Have
* Experience in client service or account management within insurance, brokerage or financial services; exposure to multinational or complex client portfolios is an advantage.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solver with a client-centric mindset and a commitment to high-quality service.
* Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with insurance or CRM systems is a plus.

* Experience working with multinational insurance programs and understanding of local market regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant professional certifications or training in commercial insurance or risk management (e.g., Forsikrings- og Pensionsakademiet levels 3-4).
* Strong IT aptitude and interest in using systems and tools to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
