We are seeking a Client Executive to join our dynamic Power & Renewable Energy team in Denmark. In this role, you will support and advise a portfolio of renewable energy clients and act as the primary relationship lead across renewals, placements and risk advisory-working closely with senior client stakeholders and Marsh specialists across the Nordics and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own senior client relationships and act as primary contact, with responsibility for budget, profitability and long-term account development.
* Provide risk management expertise to renewable energy clients and translate technical risk topics into clear, commercial advice.
* Contribute to growth through retention, cross-sell and new business activity in collaboration with internal specialists.
* Lead renewals and placements end-to-end: planning, data quality, market strategy, negotiation, placement governance and documentation.
* Run complex tenders/marketing exercises, including preparation of materials, comparison of offers, client reporting and placement.

What You Need To Have:
* Several years of relevant experience in insurance broking/underwriting/risk advisory, with proven responsibility for complex client portfolios, preferably with renewable energy.
* Strong knowledge of the Danish/Nordic renewable energy market and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
* A structured, delivery-focused approach with strong project leadership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including client presentations and negotiation.
* Fluency in Danish and English; international program experience is highly desirable.
