ATLAS MARIDAN ApS is a Danish company with branches in Germany. As part of the TKMS Group, we primarily focus on autonomous underwater vehicles und offshore exploration tasks. Join our experienced team! We're looking for engineers in process engineering, hydrographic engineering, and geodesy, as well as natural scientists specializing in geology, geotechnics, and geophysics. Together, we're shaping the maritime future.

* Identify and develop sales opportunities within UXO Survey, Seismic Survey, AUV Survey, and infrastructure protection markets
* Lead and coordinate technical and commercial tender preparation, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, EPCs, TSOs, and governmental stakeholders
* Explore and evaluate new market segments in offshore survey, subsea inspection, and infrastructure resilience
* Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance & Administration to ensure commercial and technical alignment
* Prepare presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials for clients and partners
* Represent TKMS MARIDAN ApS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

* Proven knowledge and network within the Danish offshore sector (e.g. wind, subsea, energy, or infrastructure)
* Experience in sales or tender management within the offshore or subsea industry is preferred
* Solid understanding of survey technologies (AUV, ROV, MBES, SSS, seismic systems, UXO detection)
* Experience in seismic survey operations is a strong advantage
* Alternatively, solid knowledge of critical infrastructure protection, subsea assets, and cable route security is highly valued
* Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
* Structured, proactive, and self-driven personality with a hands-on approach
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
