Our EMEA Sales Team is currently seeking a dynamic Italian-speaking Inside Sales Expert to join our team in beautiful Barcelona, Spain. Offering an inspiring international environment that combines work with the beauty and energy of the Mediterranean.

Your mission
As an Inside Sales Expert, your role will be crucial in helping companies accelerate their digital transformation and achieve success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving Business Growth: Expand and accelerate our business in Europe by effectively aligning our solutions with customers' needs.
* Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams including technical sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and sales operations.
* Sales Process Management: Conduct end-to-end sales engagements, transforming marketing and sales leads into opportunities, and managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts.
* Client Relationships: Engage with new prospects, reconnect with historical customers, and guide them through the journey from discovery to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
* Negotiation and Compliance: Handle proposals, negotiations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with all company processes and regulations.
Your key success factors
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
* 1 to 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience, business development
* Knowledge or strong interest in Cloud and SaaS offerings.
* Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
* Experience with renewals and generating new business.
* Ability to hunt for New Business.
* Positive individual.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
* Strong relationship management skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English
