The Associated Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with the Campus team to provide operational and administrative support. The successful candidate will report to the Manager - Campus Talent Acquisition and will provide support to various Campus recruiting processes, including learning and development activities, school event execution and inclusive hiring for internship programs for the Summer Internship Program

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Demonstrated ability and focus on creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity
* Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
* Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Oracle, Handshake and others, preferred
* Graduate/Campus recruitment experience preferred
* Passion for talent development and creating meaningful early-career opportunities.
