Your "day to day"
As a Consumer Experience Programs Lead in Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn you will:
* Lead the strategy, deployment and continuous improvement of a defined set of multi-category, omni-channel consumer experience (CX) programs, ensuring their alignment with and direct support of business goals.
* Drive audience segmentation and activate targeted consumer groups with tailored and purposeful engagements - delivering the right action, through the right channel, at the right moment.
* Develop practical consumer activation frameworks and playbooks that maximize business impact primarily within the consumer retention area, integrating both always-on and campaign-based initiatives.
* Analyze consumer data, feedback and performance trends to generate actionable insights, support data-driven decision making, and propose corrective actions tied to defined business objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional project execution, translating strategic objectives into clear jobs-to-be-done and unifying efforts across communication, digital, and commercial teams.
* Provide hands-on operational support for active programs, drive resolutions to recurring consumer issues, lead test-to-learn initiatives, and advocate for the consumer voice across the organization.
* Manage allocated budgets, coordinate with external partners where needed, and ensure all consumer-facing initiatives adhere to internal standards, legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
This role is focused on hands on ownership and oversight of defined CX programs, working through influence rather than people management.
We expect that you:
* Have a university/college degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar.
* Have proven successful experience in marketing, project management, consumer experience or a closely related field.
* Possess advanced project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
* Think strategically and pragmatically - can create concepts that are implementable.
* Embrace a consumer-centric mindset, understanding consumer needs and behaviours.
* Have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
* Show high learning agility, being proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable navigating change.
* Excel in stakeholder management, building alignment, driving engagement and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
* Possess great MS Office skills.
* Have clear and constructive communication skills and fluency in English.
* Legal right to work in the country where you are applying to.

Salary range for this role is from 6030 EUR gross to 7500 EUR gross (in Lithuania), from 4500 EUR gross to 5600 EUR gross (in Latvia), from 4750 EUR gross to 5900 EUR gross (in Estonia). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
