YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Product Development & Project Management: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from creative brief to production handover, ensuring premium quality and heritage craftsmanship, developing and maintaining detailed timelines, critical paths, and milestone tracking for each collection, serving as the primary stakeholder for on-time delivery of prototypes, fittings, and final samples, and proactively identifying risks and implementing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central liaison between Design, Technical, Sourcing, Production, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, facilitating alignment on product briefs, materials, costing, and quality requirements, and organizing and leading project meetings, reviews, and collection milestones to ensure smooth collaboration.
* Cost Management: Track development costs and ensure alignment with target margins reflecting premium market positioning, while supporting continuous improvement of development processes to optimize efficiency and profitability.
* Process & Tools: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including BOMs, specs, calendars, and costing sheets, utilize PLM and project management tools to ensure transparency, traceability, and workflow efficiency, and contribute to refining team workflows and establishing best practices within the product development function.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* 3-6+ years in product development or project management in premium/luxury fashion or footwear.
* Experience with heritage brands, artisanal suppliers, or high-end collections.
* Strong knowledge of footwear construction, leather goods, premium materials, and traditional manufacturing techniques.
* Excellent project management skills with precision, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
* Deep appreciation for brand heritage, craftsmanship, and product excellence.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, quality-driven problem-solving with commercial awareness.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion, Product Development, Engineering, Business, or related field; fluent English and French (additional languages a plus)
