What you will do:
Our mission is to automate and streamline processes and enhance user experience! That is why we are hiring an experienced AI ML Engineer.

Your day-to-day:
* Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
* Utilize Databricks for data engineering, large-scale preprocessing, experimentation, and model lifecycle management.
* Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark, focusing on DataFrames and performance optimization.
* Work on machine learning models across various domains, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), predictive analytics, and generative AI, with real-world application examples.
* Develop LLM-Based Components: Design and integrate components based on Large Language Models (LLMs), including embeddings, vector stores, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tuning as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate real business problems into robust AI solutions.
* Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:
* Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on production-grade code, testing, and debugging.
* Proven experience delivering machine learning projects end-to-end (not just academic).
* End-to-End Hands-on experience with Databricks, including data processing, ML development, and MLflow.
* Strong understanding of ML fundamentals: feature engineering, experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring.
* Experience with PySpark or other distributed computing frameworks to manage large datasets effectively.
* Knowledge of Large Language Models, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, model registry, tracking).
* MLOps Practices: Understanding of MLOps principles (CI/CD for models, model registry, tracking) to streamline model deployment and management.
* Cloud Platform Experience: Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure, for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
* Ownership Mindset: A proactive approach to taking full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.
* Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
