Overview Digitas, the digital & technical agency of Publicis Groupe Greece, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Manager to join the team! We're looking for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing and enjoys bringing CRM campaigns to life through strong execution and coordination. In this role, you'll work closely with teams and clients to deliver seamless CRM activities. Responsibilities Execute and manage daily CRM campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and automated journeys. Handle the setup, testing, and deployment of workflows within various CRM platforms. Monitor data quality and perform audience segmentation to ensure highly targeted communications. Coordinate with creative and technical teams to gather assets and technical requirements for campaign launches. Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to improve open rates, conversion rates, and overall customer engagement. Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and platform updates to suggest continuous improvements. Qualifications Proven experience (mid-level) in CRM management Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Good understanding of data segmentation and lifecycle marketing principles. Understaning of Google Analytics and ability to translate data into simple reports. Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
