Job Purpose
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Brand Management to join our company and enhance our Marketing & Communications team. The job holder will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment, while contributing to the development and implementation of branding strategies that strengthen our brand presence and reputation.
This role reports to the Team Leader - Brand & Communications.

What you will do
* Develop and implement creative branding strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty
* Participate in market research activities and assist in analyzing industry trends to help develop targeted messaging and marketing plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, digital, product development) to ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to the company's brand guidelines and values
* Create, manage, and monitor promotional content across digital and offline channels to establish and maintain a consistent brand image
* Track and report on key brand metrics such as brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share
* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant
* Provide guidance and support to other marketing team members to ensure all messaging and marketing activities align with the brand strategy
* Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events to ensure that products and services are branded and marketed as guidelines indicate

What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related discipline
* 1-2 years minimum experience in relevant field
* Attention to detail
* Ability to write and edit content
* Organization and communication skills
* Knowledge of basic communication tools (e.g. MS Office)
* High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
* Awareness of market and trends
* Creativity and innovative thinking
