Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Brand PR & Events for MSL, our multi-awarded Public Relations agency, who will support the planning and delivery of brand experiences across clients and projects. Reporting to the Manager - Brand PR & Events, the role focuses on coordination, operational support, and on-site execution of events and PR activations, working closely with internal teams across the Groupe. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of brand activations, product launches, and experiential events. Assist with event logistics, timelines, production support, and on-site delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers. Support budget tracking and administrative processes. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all event touchpoints. Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations. Assist with post-event reporting and evaluation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in events, brand activations, or a similar role (agency experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative attitude. Excellent command of Greek and English, written and verbal. Team-oriented mindset and interest in brand experiences. Additional information What's in it for you? Requerimientos del candidato/a:
