What you will do:
As a Group Pension Employee, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Group Pension policies, ensuring accurate policy administration, financial transactions, and high-quality client service. The role combines operational excellence, data accuracy, and direct client support, contributing to the smooth execution of pension-related processes.

Your day-to-day:
* Update Company's informational system with the respective changes of Employees clients & Policy endorsements
* Billing Calculation
* Benefit calculation and payment process
* Management (buy & sell orders) for clients investment selection
* Members account transfer process
* Fund statement/individual statement issuance
* Customer reconciliation process
* Monthly EOM Reporting
* Customers digital platform support

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
* Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
* Very good command of MS Office especially in excel
* Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented environment
* Familiarity with pension products or policy administration systems is a plus
