As a Field Operator III - SPS, you will support the installation, operation, and maintenance of subsea wellhead and tree equipment while ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes standards and customer requirements. You will work closely with internal and customer teams to execute operations safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality.
This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

As a Field Operator III - SPS, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with the operation, installation, and maintenance of company and customer subsea wellhead and tree equipment in accordance with company procedures, methods, and guidelines.
* Assisting with comprehensive job pre-planning activities, including logistics, tooling, Environmental, Health & Safety (HSE), and technical work scopes.
* Completing all pre- and post-job administrative duties, including customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, tool condition reports, checklists, and tooling tracking.
* Understanding and managing technical documentation, including packing lists, bills of materials, drawings, certifications, competencies, and prior job reports.
* Ensuring timely completion of all assigned pre- and post-job responsibilities.
* Maintaining required training and certifications necessary to perform assigned duties.
* Supporting workshop personnel as required.
* Performing all activities safely and in compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Demonstrating uncompromising integrity and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through a positive, proactive, and professional approach.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Technical High School Diploma, GED, or Technical College Degree with at least 1 year of engineering or field service experience, 1 year of previous offshore experience, and 1 year of workshop experience.
* Hold a relevant Technical Education or Apprenticeship Certificate.
* Demonstrate working proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Have experience working on Subsea Wellhead equipment (preferred).
* Be able to understand and interpret mechanical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Have a proactive approach to assigned tasks, taking ownership of equipment, spares, and lessons learned reviews.
* Be able to follow Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project Related Procedures (PRP).
* Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to irregular working patterns and changing operational requirements.
* Consistently work safely while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
* Possess digital literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
