Our Team: Join Our Technical Crew! (Day shift)
We are looking for a Technical Operator to join our dedicated production team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing line, ensuring our high-tech machinery runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Our team is driven by operational excellence, quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you have a passion for high-end technology and technical precision, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
As a Technical Operator, you are the technical expert for your production line. Your primary goal is to maintain optimal machine performance and ensure the highest standards of output.
* Machine Operation: Efficiently run, monitor, and calibrate complex production and finishing machinery to meet rigorous quality and output targets.
* Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
* Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve first- and second-line technical issues-utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where necessary-to minimize production interruptions.
* Coordination: Manage your workflow effectively based on the production schedule. You will work closely with your Supervisor, team members, and the Maintenance department.
* Training & Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor by training and instructing new colleagues on machine setup, operation, and precision adjustments.
* Safety Leadership: Ensure a "Safety First" environment. You will strictly follow all safety regulations and proactively report or resolve any unsafe conditions.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose and test innovative ideas to make our processes safer and more efficient, supporting Autonomous Maintenance and CI projects.
Your Qualifications
We strive to hire individuals who bring new perspectives to our teams. Even if you don't meet every single requirement listed below, we encourage you to apply if you have a technical mindset and a drive to learn.
* Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Operator or Technician in a fast-paced automated production environment.
* Technical Insight: Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly diagnose issues on complex machinery.
* Education: A technical degree or certification (equivalent to MBO Level 3 or 4) in a mechanical, electrical, or technical field.
* Proactivity: A hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently, plan effectively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
* Safety Focus: A deep understanding of workplace safety protocols and the consistent use of required safety equipment.
Nice to Have
* Specific certifications such as NEN3140, VOP, or advanced machine-specific training.
* Experience with precision cutting, printing, or assembly technology.
* Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and Autonomous Maintenance.
