* Support of R&D controllers in recurring and standardizable tasks
* Point of contact for questions related to project master data and relevant areas
* Ensuring data quality and process compliance
* Steering / Master Data:
* Creation of projects in SAP (e.g., via ProjectWorx / Special Projects)
* Maintenance and management of master data (BeeCore, ProjectWorx, PRINCE)
* Closing of projects in SAP (including coordination via ProjectWorx)
* Support in project changes and responsibility assignments
* Support / Backup:
* Support in project creation in SAP (via database / email)
* Support in time tracking (especially manual follow-up entries, e.g., on the 2nd working day)
* Data Quality & Reporting:
* Master data checks and interface validations
* Support in data extraction from SAP and ProjectWorx (if no automated interfaces are available)
* Preparation of ad-hoc analyses (e.g., commitment tracking, month-end closing)

* Completed studies in Finance
* Experience with SAP and Excel
* Fluent English, German is an advantage but not mandatory
* Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
* Understanding of processes and data interdependencies
* High level of accuracy and ability for self-control
