Your Task

This role focuses on Change Management responsibilities within a ServiceNow environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing changes in the tool while providing guidance to operational teams.

Responsibilities

* Perform daily checks of changes in the ServiceNow tool
* Provide release as a Change manager based on pre-defined rules
* Offer guidance in Change management topics and tool handling to the Operational teams
* Create and maintain change models/templates for the activities done by Operational teams
* Constantly monitor and track the changes in the tool
* Support the Squad leads in any additional tasks
* Bring in and implement ideas for process simplification
