Your work profile

* Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.

* Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

* Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.

* Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.

* Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.

* Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

* Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.

As Consultant in our Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing backend applications using Java and related frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot).
* Work on frontend features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic frameworks like React / Angular.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Support integration of frontend and backend components.
* Help with debugging, testing, and fixing issues.
* Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
* Learn and follow best coding and security practices.
Required Skills:
* Basic knowledge of Java and OOP concepts
* Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot (good to have)
* Understanding of REST APIs
* Basic frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL or any RDBMS)
* Basic understanding of Git or version control
* Willingness to learn and adapt
Good to Have:
* Exposure to React / Angular
* Basic knowledge of SQL queries
* Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
* Internship or academic project experience

Location and way of working
* Base location: Bangalore
* This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
