About the job

As a Warehouse Compliance Lead, you will ensure that the compliance in the warehouse department at Sanofi is effectively maintained and enhanced.

Main responsibilities:
* Raising and management of all Quality System processes including Change Controls, Deviations, Tasks, Quality Events etc.
* Driving of all Quality Metrics for the department
* Forward review of Quality Metrics to ensure no over-dues
* Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives, for procedure efficency and simplification
* Ensure Training is fit for purpose and complies with all applicable legislative requirements
* Ensure effective co-ordination and support for external and internal audits for the department
* Perform critical / constructive review of procedures and practices
* Identify and lead projects to make step change improvements to the departments Quality
* Attend offline department meetings and be the voice of the department
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives utilising lean methodologies where appropriate
* Liaise with Quality Representative to support and improve RFT in the area and Always Audit Ready
* Ensure compliance to cGMP at all times

About you

Experience:
* Established background and experience in production planning ideally in a pharma or GMP environment

Soft skills:
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good Presentation skills
* Ability to cooperate with others at all levels of the organisation, across multi-sites and in a multinational environment
* Initiative - be able to work in a self-directed manner to see issues through to completion
* Highly motivated - ability to multi-task
* Adaptable and flexible as well as a pragmatically minded problem solver

Technical skills:
* Extensive knowledge of cGMP and GDP in a regulated environment
* Specialist knowledge of training and quality systems in a regulated environment
* Knowledge of ERP - SAP
* Strong Excel and IT skills

Education:
* Degree level or above, APICs desirable
