Salary: EUR31,824.02 +( EUR2,035 Flex per annum)

About the team
You'll be part of the Reservations Team within Irish Brand Homes, supporting customer engagement across the Guinness Storehouse, Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Roe & Co Distillery and Smithwick's Experience Kilkenny. The team manages customer interactions from booking through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
About the role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as an ambassador for Irish Brand Homes, delivering exceptional customer service across all channels. You will support customers from initial enquiry through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless, digital-first experience while supporting ticketing operations and internal coordination.
Role responsibilities
* Deliver professional, friendly customer service across phone, email, web and social channels
* Support customers with bookings and provide accurate, up-to-date information
* Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and feedback efficiently
* Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM and ticketing processes
* Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing and finance teams to support booking delivery
* Manage B2B and internal ticketing requests, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders
* Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience

Experience / skills required
We'd love to work with you if you have:
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (hospitality, tourism or reservations)
* Strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, digital)
* Experience handling and resolving customer queries and complaints
* Confidence using CRM systems or booking/ticketing platforms
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
