About the Role
We are seeking a confident, technically curious Inside Sales Representative to partner with Account Directors and engage mid-market, enterprise, and Fortune 500 organisations. This role focuses on quality over volume-driving well-researched, consultative conversations that open strategic opportunities with senior decision-makers.

You will own the early sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and deep account research through qualification and warm handoff. Acting as the first impression to executive buyers, you will demonstrate strong executive presence, clear storytelling, and a credible understanding of AI and SaaS solutions. Success in this role comes from insight, professionalism, and influence-not mass outreach.

Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through thoughtful, targeted outreach.
* Partner closely with Account Directors on account planning, research, and meeting preparation.
* Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders with clear, confident, and consultative communication.
* Conduct deep account research using Salesforce and external sources to map stakeholders and priorities.
* Own qualification and handoff, ensuring Account Directors receive well-defined, high-quality opportunities.
* Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity records.
* Stay current on AI, SaaS, and market trends to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Basic Qualifications
* Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving cert or equivalent)
* English C1 & Spanish C1

Qualifications
* Native or near-native English & Spanish with exceptional communication skills.
* 2+ years' experience in tech sales, inside sales, or business development (AI/SaaS/enterprise preferred).
* Strong technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics.
* Professional presence and confidence engaging executive-level stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, research-driven, and experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
* Sales methodology (BANT).
* Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
