Your Role

The Visual Merchandiser contributes to meeting and exceeding store business targets by ensuring best-in-class execution of Global and European Visual Merchandising standards, while driving a premium consumer experience and strong brand representation across all store touchpoints.

The role acts as a key connector between store teams, VM Back Office and Retail Marketing, ensuring flawless execution of seasonal campaigns, commercial priorities and product storytelling.

Through strong business understanding, operational excellence and consumer mindset, the Visual Merchandiser supports the continuous elevation of the store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Display & Store Execution

* Ensure store execution is aligned with Global/EU VM guidelines, seasonal directives and Brand Retail Standards.

* Own windows, mannequins, walls, fixtures and activation spaces ensuring premium brand presentation.

* Support campaign launches, store relayouts, refits and key commercial moments.

Product & Commercial Management

* Ensure product presentation reflects category priorities, consumer journey and commercial opportunities.

* Monitor business performance and provide VM recommendations to optimize store layout and product visibility.

* Partner with store teams on product availability, replenishment and daily execution.

Store Team Support

* Train and engage store teams on VM principles, campaign priorities and product storytelling.

* Act as VM ambassador, connecting brand direction with store execution.

Reporting & Communication

* Deliver VM reporting, photo compliance and campaign implementation updates.

* Ensure constant communication with Store Team, VM Back Office and Retail Marketing, sharing feedback and best practices.

Campaign & Operational Support

* Support Retail Marketing activities ensuring consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints.

* Coordinate ISC, campaign materials and operational requirements when needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Passion for adidas brand, consumer experience and visual storytelling.

* Strong understanding of retail environment, consumer journey and commercial drivers.

* Ability to balance brand excellence and business needs.

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

* Strong collaboration skills across store and office teams.

* Proactive attitude with ownership and solution-oriented approach.

* Ability to interpret performance insights and translate them into VM actions.

* Strong planning and organizational skills.

* Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and reporting tools.

* Fluent English.

Working Hours: either 30 or 40 hours
