Assistant Warehouse Coordinator (Temp)

Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a proactive Assistant Warehouse Coordinator (Temp) to support the receipt of goods from suppliers and customers, ensuring correct documentation and delivery note flow. The role collaborates closely with Warehouse, Quality, CS Export, and Sales teams to manage returns, KC procedures, and root-cause analysis. Additionally, it oversees activities performed by the CAB-Log 3PL in Noale.
Responsibilities

1- Incoming goods and returns receiving
* Pallets /tanks/ and goods reception returned from customers and external Whs (depots).
* Receives from supplier raw material (ie: sugar) and concentrate for manufacturing needs.
* Verifies ddt signatures, initial quality control approvals and customer notes.
* Checks the quantity of PO order, and goods received.
* Oversees unloading and warehousing operations.
* Prepares products with anomalies for quality control inspection; Coodinates returns to supplier when necessary.
* Collaborate with Whs Deptmn to guarantee the correct product locations and indentification (traciability)
* Assure hygiene and HACCP procedures implementation and conduct periodical inspection of Whs Areas (Internal & External)
2- Shipping and Delivery
* Oversees the loading of finidhed goods (ie.bib, tanks pre - post mix) from Scorzè plant to the main Whs in Noale (Cab Log).
* Guarantees the truck loading operations following the safety procedures.
* Oversees pallets shipping to San Benedetto or others Co manufacturer.
3- Pallets management
* Ensure the return of pallets to copacker San Benedetto.
* Arranges with the support of sales force the collection from customers of pallets previously covered by "ticket".
* Provides a monthly report on pallets situation.
Qualifications

* Knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of certification processes
* Team work orientation
* Attention on job execution
* Fluent English knowledge
* High School Diploma
* 1/2 years of experience in similar roles
* Strong collaboration management
* Multi disciplinary attitude
* Problem solving ability
