Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role will support a specific R&D data migration project for the Mexico Capability Center (MCC) team, focused on the manual migration and validation of Ingredient Specification data into a new system following the unification of two legacy platforms.
The position will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency during the transition to the new system, working under the guidance of an assigned team leader. The scope of work will be related to MCC ingredient specifications.
Your Impact
As an R&D Specification Management Analyst (Temporary 12 months), your responsibilities will include:
* Execute manual migration of Ingredient Specification data from legacy systems into the new platform.
* Work from a base-zero ingredient list, ensuring all required data fields are accurately created, corrected, or completed in the new system
* Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established ingredient standards
* Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or errors and escalate them to the project lead for resolution
* Apply defined data standards and mapping rules to ensure correct digitization of ingredient specifications
* Track progress of assigned ingredient batches and maintain documentation according to project guidelines
* Ensure data is entered within established timelines to support overall project milestones
* Collaborate closely with the assigned leader and internal MCC team members to deliver project objectives efficiently
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor's degree or engineering in a related field with up to 1 year of experience or strong interest in data-focused roles
* Strong ability to organize data, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a project-based environment
* Detail-oriented mindset with interest in working with structured information and systems
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new digital tools (SAP experience a plus, not required)
* English level: strong reading & writing, intermediate speaking
