The Opportunity

Your Impact
Responsible for ensuring the correct execution and follow-up of customer orders across the supply chain process. The team coordinates closely with cross-functional areas such as planning, logistics, sales, customer service, and DRP to secure product availability, maintain service levels, and support operational continuity

Responsibilities

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align priorities across operations, planning, logistics, and commercial areas.
* Analytical mindset with capability to manage KPIs, inventory follow-up, and service level performance.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
* Experience managing order execution, supply chain processes, or operational follow-up.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt during transitions or operational changes.
* Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
* Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge preferred.
* English proficiency for communication with regional/global teams.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

* Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, or Order Management preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proactive mindset with ownership and continuous improvement orientation.

* Advanced Excel skills required; SAP knowledge preferred.

* English proficiency preferred for global communication.
