Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Avanade MTYDC Dynamics Pool.

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and business solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support project goals. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Additionally, beginner proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
Develop a clear understanding of organizational processes and contribute to mapping workflows effectively.
Collaborate with team members to gather and document customer requirements accurately.
Support the identification of gaps between current and desired business states to inform solution design.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and assisting in resolving common challenges.
