Scope:

Management and Troubleshoot Packaging and Materials issues, including accomplish of the internal´s GMP´s and HACCP audits, Root Cause Problem Solving RCPS, Quality test procedures, packaging lab management, processing capability, quality packaging operations, Incoming of materials and application of statistic tools (six-sigma) for decision making analysis.
Partner with Manufacturing Leaders ensuring standards for processes execution, mentorship and support for partners, as well as Risk Assessment for controls implementation, quality projects lead for improvement.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

* At least 3 years direct manufacturing and quality experience in beverages, food or a related industry.
* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, packaging operations and dry materials use, desirable within the beverage industry, spirits, wines and RTD production environment, including identification, assessment, control & crisis management.
* Degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering,Chemist Pharmaceutical Biologist or engineering related.
* Solid understanding Six Sigma & DMAIC methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Black Belt a plus.
* Languages: English and Spanish - Advance.
* Excellent mentor, influencing, communication skills.
