Just steps from the iconic Parque México, in the heart of vibrant Condesa, Hotel San Fernando is a special place that blends urban energy with the calm of a sophisticated retreat. This boutique property by the renowned Bunkhouse brand occupies a 1947 Art Déco building, reimagined with a contemporary design that celebrates the cultural richness of Mexico City.
We're looking for someone passionate about hospitality, someone warm, professional, and excited to be the first point of contact for our guests, while becoming part of a project that embodies design, community, and excellence in service.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* No previous experience in the position required.
* A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
* Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
* Ideally (but not required), a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related technical field
