Join our dynamic Supply Chain team and drive excellence in planning and operations! We're seeking a Supply Chain Planning Senior Professional to revolutionize our supply chain processes and deliver exceptional results.

The mission of this role is to lead and manage regional Supply Chain Planning and logistics teams across multiple projects and geographies, while designing, implementing, and qualifying efficient supply chain flows and planning processes that balance service, cost, and agility to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain network by ensuring the right balance between demand, capacity, supply, and inventory to effectively satisfy customer needs while minimizing costs and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

What will you do:

* Ensure the Customer Logistic Offer definition- translate marketing requirements into supply chain objectives
* Drive Supply Chain performance to project targeted level
* Give visibility of project in SIOP Process
* Work closely with Product Owners, Procurement, other Industrialization members, factories, and Distribution centers to achieve project goals.
* Challenge offer structure
* Collaboration with GSC plants, ensure project team and plant is aligned to have a successful project implementation.
* Select or adapt, implement & qualify Downstream Supply Chain infrastructure consistent with Global Supply Chain orientation & Customers expectation
* Coordinate Master data creation between Supply Chain partners & entities as required
* Understands and uses the Need / Resource Balance and replenishment systems to manage the inventory and satisfy the customer demand.
* Once product is selling, monitor actual lead time to the customer, inventory health, forecast vs actual sales and present issues to stakeholders.
* Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations (GSC plant)
* Build and drive the Global substitution plan and PWP (New & old range)

Main deliverables and OLM activities:
* Contribute to supplier selection by evaluating ability to deliver in accordance with SE guidelines
* Propose the Upstream SC flows and build Ramp up & Ramp down strategy (inventory control)
* Creation of supply chain value stream map for the project or new product in question
* Sales follow up, work closely with SIOP Leader and demand planners during monthly Offer and demand review meetings

* Strong expertise in upstream and downstream supply chain operations
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
* Advanced analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data analysis
* Excellence in stakeholder management and strategic planning capabilities

* Advanced english level
* Project management experience
* Previous experience working in MTS/ MTO / ETO plants.
