Your role: Your duties and responsibilities
- Verifying and uploading timesheets;
- Calculating salaries and other rewards and benefits for employees;
- Calculating allowances for temporary work incapacity;
- Preparing certificates at the request of employees;
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Fiscal Service and the Statistics Department;
- Preparing internal reports related to various indicators in the field of human resources and payroll;
Other duties
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
- Previous experience in accounting is advantageous;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian;
- Ability to organize tasks, adapt swiftly to changes, and meet deadlines under pressure;
- Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles;
- Experience with automated accounting software and systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and trust;
- High level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information;
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, office
