Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara's key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
● Assist in the preparation, cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat, poultry, and seafood according to standard specifications.
● Support commissary operations including basic food preparation, marination, and storage for kitchen use.
● Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all raw materials following food safety standards.
● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery and commissary areas, equipment, and tools.
● Follow standard recipes, portion control, and minimize wastage.
● Coordinate with kitchen sections to ensure timely supply of prepared ingredients.
● Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
What We need from you:
● Basic experience or training in butchery, food preparation, or culinary arts preferred
● Knowledge of meat cuts, handling techniques, and food safety practices
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
● Good teamwork and communication skills
● Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
