Consultor de Compensaciones
Contaremos contigo para:
* Reuniones con clientes
* Elaborar propuestas comerciales
* Elaborar análisis numéricos
* Presentaciones
* Apoyar en proceso de consultoría
* Seguimiento de datos
Lo que necesitas tener:
* Universidad terminada como Ingeniero Industrial, administración, negocios internacionales o a fines
* Mínimo 2 años como asistente en consultoría de recursos humanos de preferencia en compensaciones De preferencia un curso de Seguros en Riesgos Humanos
* Excel: Tablas Dinámicas y Power BI deseable
* Inglés: B2 Intermedio Avanzado
