Position Summary
You will support and lead local evidence generation activities in epidemiology, real-world data, and health outcomes. You will work closely with colleagues across Medical, Market Access, and marketing to design and deliver studies that inform local decision making. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Design and run local evidence generation projects using real-world data, literature review and primary/secondary data collection.
- Prepare and adapt economic models and analyses (literature review and GRADE assessment according to current methodologic manual for health technology assessment in Chile and Perú) for local health system needs and payer submissions.
- Manage external vendors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver study milestones.
- Ensure data quality, compliance with internal policies, and appropriate documentation for all projects.
- Produce clear technical reports, slide decks and publications to share findings with internal and external audiences.
- Support training, system access, and process improvements to make evidence activities more efficient.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Degree in medicine, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacy, health economics, or related health science.
- Minimum 2 years experience in health outcomes, epidemiology, real-world evidence, or health economics projects.
- Practical experience with data analysis using tools such as R, Stata, SAS, or Python and experience using reference libraries such as EndNote, Mendeley, etc.
- Experience managing external vendors or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong written and spoken Spanish. Advanced working knowledge of English for cross-border collaboration.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and reports through advanced use of Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, OneDrive, PowerBi, etc).
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Postgraduate qualification in epidemiology, health economics, public health, or related field.
- Experience with economic modelling, budget impact analysis, or cost-effectiveness studies.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems in Peru or Chile.
- Experience with real-world data sources such as electronic health records, claims, or registries.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications or conference presentations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and good practice standards relevant to evidence generation.
