What You Will Do
* Lead the full collections operation, ensuring effective strategies from early-stage collections through legal processes.
* Identify high-risk accounts, recommend recovery actions, and collaborate closely with the Special Accounts and Legal teams on case transitions and decisions.
* Evaluate and improve collection processes and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
* Ensure timely resolution of past-due customer issues while maintaining strong relationships with dealers, Territory Managers, Support Managers, and customers.
* Oversee repossession activities, working with Remarketing to track asset sales and ensure cases move promptly through the collections workflow.
* Oversee Remote disable activities as a tool to enhance collections efforts
* Lead the customer service team support after sales activities and customer support
* Provide bad-debt forecasts, documentation, and regular performance reports to senior leadership.
* Participate in benchmarking initiatives and apply insights to drive continuous process improvements.
* Manage and develop the collections team, including staffing, performance reviews, training, and workload planning.
* Oversee collection systems, budgets, expenses, and-when applicable-billing and invoicing processes.
* Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, including Equal Opportunity and Harassment guidelines, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
What Skills You Will Have:

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Customer Support Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of the organization's customer support policies, standards and procedures; ability to guide customers on all company interactions.
Team Management: Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Knowledge from financial market, previous leadership experience is mandatory.
Language: Must speak Advanced English and Spanish
Desirable Qualifications
MBA/Post-Graduation degree
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
