The role is the Leader of the Planning and Buying team with full responsibility on delivering digital across all countries in Europe. The main KPI is campaigns delivery, productivity delivery via leading the team of buyers for all markets.
Responsibilities: To deliver, the successful candidate will need to lead strategy, creation and activation of digital media plans across Europe for all key platforms including DV360, FB, TT, AdForm.
Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
* Accountable for helping to define the planning and buying strategy for Media Planning and Buying team responsibilities
* Management of the media KCC Buying and Planning team, including planning, strategy and evaluation
* Be responsible for PEP digital campaigns, managing all aspects from initial customer briefings and stakeholder management (brand teams & TCP teams) through to planning, buying, optimizing, implementation, and reporting and presentation of post campaign performance
* Creating, consulting an integrated digital plan, having a firm understanding of the impact digital has on offline channels and vice versa
Ad Tech & Optimization
* Ensuring all Ad Ops requirements to deliver, protect and track 1st party data and audience strategy are in place within our DSPs
* Implementation of real-time optimization tools like Datorama and AI tech to drive media performance within team and training team members
* Accountable for providing knowledge on social, search and programmatic buying evolutions, data, consumer platform changes, & analytics
* Reporting & Productivity
* Support Team Manager by providing reporting including help to prepare, design & implement business to demonstrate the productivity delivered, whilst securing the resources to scale capabilities beyond initial scope, with clear focus on efficiency and effectiveness KPIs

* Responsible for team-related HR topics, recruitment and onboarding of the new joiners
* Identifying Team Capabilities and training team (either themselves or via partners) to upskill and maintain functional excellence
* Developing a work charter, ensuring campaign responsibility is optimally divided within team
* Work with Hub Team Leader to help create development plans for Digital Team members
* Work with other senior KCC Media and TCP Team members to drive team spirit and cohesive approach to development and training
Culture & Best Practices
* Creating a culture of share and reapply amongst the media and marketing teams and within team wider Hub Team
* Upholding PepsiCo Brand Safety and Brand Fraud standards and identifying issues, should they arise
Business & Industry Acumen
* Contributing a point of view on important behavioural and human insights as well as on campaign performance
* Be informed on the top line brands business objectives you are working to in particular market units. Develop commercial acumen
* Be informed on industry trends and innovative success stories
Qualifications
Experience & Background
* Over 15 years of Programmatic and/or Social campaign planning & buying experience across all digital platforms.
* Experience in executing brand campaigns and identifying and delivering KPIs.
* Solid background in DV360 AND FB, with working knowledge of CM, ad tech and ad ops.
* Solid understanding of tracking and attribution. Experience on DCM is a plus.
Leadership & Management
* Proven excellence in management of 10+ members teams
- Strong leadership skills with team empowerement and buidling teams, conflict management
* History of project management skills.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking
* Proactive in finding solutions and capability to think laterally and define solutions to complex and unusual problems.
* Analytical mindset - ability to understand data and interpret into actionable strategies.
* Ability to present results to the wider team and senior stakeholders and Proven, consistent and excellent attention to detail.
Soft Skills & Attributes
* Ready to react to key stakeholder last minute requests and adjustments.
* Collaborative and honest.
* Technically savvy.
