The Customer Change Operational Lead will be responsible for driving the Customer Implementation Services (CIS) governance strategy for client end of life and upgrade projects.

You will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a good understanding of our product set and be prepared to work collaboratively in a global virtual team.

This is a key role with the potential to make a significant impact to how we deliver for our customers and to how we operate as an organisation. The role will work closely with Product & Proposition, Sales and Account Management, Customer Operations and stakeholders across LSEG to succeed.

* Manage the project governance pipeline for Market Exit, Technology and other projects
* Prepare materials for the Customer Change Forum & Document Management
* Support the evolution of governance process i.e. monitoring of EOL extensions, dependency analysis, lessons learned

WORKSTYLE MODEL
We know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed. In this position you can work 3 days a week from home

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Actively operate all phases of Customer Change governance alongside the Senior Governance Manager
* Support with oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, stakeholder management, change control and delivery of intended business benefit and outcomes
* Actively monitor risks, issues and dependencies
* Evolve the governance process and framework, establishing and maintaining best practices
* Maintain regular relationship with key stakeholders
* Ensure the information and communication flow works well across various stakeholders
* Work directly with stakeholders to receive and register any lessons learned
* Provide regular and ad hoc reporting Support programme team members in managing various aspects of the programme

Key Relationships
* Customer Implementation Services (CIS) teams, senior leaders in multiple business units such as Product, Sales & Account Management, Finance, Compliance, Commercial Policy, Technology and other D&A Customer Operations teams.
* The PMO Manager will report to the Governance lead.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
* Strong PM or PMO skills and experience in working in a PMO Business experience in a large organization with programme management skills and knowledge
* Positive, proactive, assertive, able to establish and maintain credibility with senior management
* Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to audience
* Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making
* Strong cross functional team engagement and collaboration skills
