Product Engineer

Descripción del puesto:

Key performance areas:
* Create special product offers including price & lead time based on customer requirements and company guidelines
* Ensure alignment with current and long-term process strategies, goals, and plans
* Support manufacturing with engineering solutions
* Drive the development of new products, including close cooperation with customers, the commercial team and production support
* Assist in the development of control systems across departments
* Analyse tool performance
* Contribute to product structure changes and improvements
* Support the on-going and new engineering projects
* Follow up on current issues quickly and accurately by written reports, E-mail, phone conversations and conference calls
* Planning, coordinating and executing prototype and standard production plans
* Supporting production planning processes

Your profile:
* Technical university education
* Good knowledge of English (written and verbal)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills, well-structured way of working
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Planning and organization skills and ability to work under pressure to reach company targets
