WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities
* A great team player with customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
* An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, SAP or Success Factors knowledge is a strong asset
* Previous experience in HR and Payroll area would be an asset
* An ambitious person ready to develop within HR area
* An excellent Turkish and English Speaker

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Provide a wide range of organizational support to market People & Culture (HR) team and business
* Performing tasks related to personal data change, salary & wage control and monthly closure
* Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves
* Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyzes
* Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave
* Preparation of documents for organizational changes
* Support the work of Absence Management System
* Support the process of employees awarding
* Prepare various reports and analyzes for decision making
* Participate in P&C (HR) department's projects

Key things to know before you apply

We are looking for a candidate for a temporary (fixed-term) contract.
Relocation support is not available in this job.
