As a Junior Courier Recruit at Just Eat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.

What will you do?

* Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers
* You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for couriers using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Create and publish job advertisements on job portals

Apply if:

* You are eager to work with candidates over the phone, are open, and can communicate well in Polish/English and Italian
* You can organize your work effectively.
* You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or a call center.
* Your English and Italian skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1).

An additional asset will be if:

* You can already build and maintain relationships with candidates/clients.
* You know the job market and recruitment tools in the area of temporary staffing.
* You know the basics of labor law (including GDPR).
