Overview Market Omnichannel Strategy Lead unifies specialist outputs across media, CRM, and digital ecosystems to activate the Connected Model vision through integrated campaign planning, launches, and other local or always-on activities Working closely with Market Digital Ops & Media Leads, the role ensures cohesive customer journey orchestration, aligning touchpoints, audience behaviour insights, and brand growth objectives into scalable omnichannel strategies. Responsibilities Strategic Integration & Omnichannel Leadership Unify specialist outputs across Collective disciplines to design and deliver integrated omnichannel strategies in market. Follow and translate central guidelines into actionable market activities, connecting media, CRM, web, personalization, SEO, and digital channels into cohesive customer journeys. Lead senior client engagement on the Connected Model, positioning it as a growth accelerator linked to business objectives, funnel performance, and omnichannel transformation. Acting as the strategic link between central capabilities (across Media and Digital workstreams) and local market execution to ensure consistency with central vision while maintaining local relevance, overseeing quality of delivery, client satisfaction, and integration into broader growth agendas. Quality & Performance Measurement Oversee the quality and consistency of omnichannel strategic output across campaigns, including central launches, tactical activations, and always-on programs. Partner with Data & Insight teams to validate performance, define KPIs, and continuously optimise the omnichannel approach. Brand Collaboration Become trusted partner of local Brand lead and position omnichannel strategy within broader growth agendas Deliverables: Local and Global Omni Channel Brand Playbooks Set clear KPIs and roadmap for delivering Omni Channel Strategies Craft and Deliver Compelling Omni Channel Strategies Success narratives, capturing local proof points and case studies that demonstrate the acceleration and value creation from Omni Channel Strategies What does Success Look Like: Strong Client Satisfaction scores based on Omi Channel Strategy Initiatives Ability to show tangible business growth and campaign results as a result of Omni Channel Strategy Initiatives Clear process and way of working for delivering Omni Channel Strategies on a consistent basis Qualifications 10+ years in strategic planning or communications planning roles Proven track record of delivering cross-channel strategies for major brands across sectors. Deep expertise in one of the disciplines of media strategy, CRM lifecycle planning, or digital planning Skilled in using data, research, and insight tools to inform strategy (e.g., TGI, YouGov, CRM platforms, social listening tools) but with the desire to push new solutions ie ID based planning Willingness to embrace uncertainty (No egos) Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity with maturity and resilience. Fluent in English and the local market language.
