Job TitleReliability Engineer - Computer Vision & Edge Systems

Join our Seamless Travel Innovation team, where we design and deliver next-generation biometric, computer vision and multi-sensor technologies across airports worldwide. Our work spans edge devices, mobile platforms and cloud architectures, enabling travellers to move smoothly through every airport touchpoint. You'll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment where innovation and experimentation are part of everyday life.

Your tasks and responsibilities

* Operate and optimize advanced multi-sensor, biometric and 3D-scanning systems across edge, cloud and mobile platforms.
* Contribute to the development and automation of model-training systems for deep learning and computer vision.
* Build observability, logging, monitoring and alerting capabilities for production-grade systems.
* Support in-house lab testing, customer POC trials and operational monitoring of deployed systems.
* Explore and evaluate new technologies that can enhance our product capabilities.

About the ideal candidate

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell), cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration, cross-platform environments (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) and edge-device performance optimization.
* Understanding of networking concepts such as latency and edge-to-cloud communication.
* Interest in AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision is beneficial.
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work both independently and collaboratively.
