The Challenge
Our Direct Retail teams have a real impact on PMI's new mission: converting smokers to our revolutionary, smoke-free IQOS products. They're at the forefront of our transformation as we roll out new stores and new retail formats. It's an energized, exciting, engaging experience.
As part of this team, you will shape the customer journey, from acquisition and conversion through to loyalty. You can watch your efforts bear fruit while making a life-changing impact on customers.
Your 'day to day'
* Contribute to the development of the team and replace the Store Manager whenever necessary, supporting management activities and ensuring the development of people through feedback, training, and coaching.
* Contribute to the monitoring and quality of all store operations and logistics.
* Take responsibility and ownership of qualitative and quantitative results, as well as the in-store consumer experience.
* Support the Store Manager in recruiting new team members.
* Organize meeting, schedules, and manage in-store functions.
* Monitor inventory and stock.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with PMI standards and guidelines regarding equipment, legal requirements, operations, logistics, and consumer experience.
Who we're looking for
* Enthusiastic personality with a consumer focus.
* Proactive, committed, and ambitious attitude.
* Management skills, analytical sense, and critical thinking.
* Motivation to lead teams.
* Ease with retail or business systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, etc.)
* Proficiency in native Portuguese and fluent English (mandatory).
