Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to shape and lead paid social across one of H&M's key regions, driving meaningful impact at scale. This role combines strategic vision, hands-on leadership and commercial accountability, translating H&M's brand and business goals into powerful full-funnel programmes. You will sit at the heart of performance, creativity and collaboration, influencing how paid social delivers growth across multiple markets. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Setting the regional vision for paid social, aligning local execution with global frameworks and priorities. Leading end-to-end paid social strategy and activation across multiple markets and platforms. Acting as the senior paid social partner, building trusted relationships and guiding performance conversations with stakeholders. Translating commercial and brand objectives into scalable, full-funnel paid social programmes. Managing, coaching and developing a London-based team, while integrating delivery and activation support from PGD India. Owning investment planning, forecasting and performance measurement to ensure sustainable growth. Driving testing, innovation and optimisation to continuously improve business impact. Qualifications Skills we're looking for Strong experience across major paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat. A full-funnel, performance-led mindset with the ability to balance brand and commercial outcomes. Commercial confidence, with experience in forecasting, evaluating performance and guiding investment decisions. Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to tell performance stories that influence senior stakeholders. Experience leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and supportive approach. Comfort working across regions and with offshore delivery models to achieve high-quality outcomes.
